Daycare Vaccination Requirements
For the protection of your pet, other pet clients and our staff, it is the policy of Earthdog Pet Salon, that all pet
clients be current on the following vaccines for any Spa or Doggy Spa Care (daycare) services:
Puppy clients must be current on age-appropriate vaccines
All pet clients must currently be on a Flea & Tick preventative treatment plan
Pet clients over the age of 7 months who are also interested in our Dogie Spa Care (daycare) services must
also be either spayed or neutered.
Copies of these current vaccinations must be provided to us for our records before any Spa Services or
Doggy Spa Care (daycare) services can be rendered.
We appreciate your understanding of this policy as the safety of your pet, other pet clients and our staff is of
top priority to us!
For your convenience, you can either drop off copies of these current vaccinations or request that your
veterinarian fax these documents directly to us in advance to us at 828-288-9554.

- Rabies (within previous 12 months)
- Distemper (DHPP) (within previous 12 months or 3 years, which ever your veterinarian provides)
- Veterinarian appropriate Bordatella/Kennel Cough Vaccine (6 month or annual)
